2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali (Good Deal or Not)

Inventory on 2017 4wd Sierra 1500 Denali are starting to run low in the LA area. Also not sure when GMF will stop lease support on 17s so I figure maybe it’s time for me to try and make a move. I’ve been dealing with a few dealers and the 2 best deals I have are as follows

MSRP $61,435
Sales Price $55,300 (I think rebates are better if purchasing)
Residual 68%
36 month 12k/yr
MF .00133
Total out of pocket $3,500 (I have GM Card bonus of 1250 and about 1000 in accumulated GM bucks plus 1250 for my trade in, so it’s really zero out of pocket for me)
Monthly of $457 before tax and $501 with tax. (Los Angeles City)
I was trying to get this deal down to $475 but dealer wouldn’t budget (at least through txt and email) Im going to try and head down this weekend and see if showing up in person, I can get them to move down a few more bucks.

Thjis car is located in Northern California (About 400 miles for me to drive it home or about $100 extra in mileage cost not factored in price)
MSRP $63,790 Denali Ultimate
Sales Price $57,100
Residual 68%
36 month 12k/yr
MF .00133
Total out of pocket $3,500
Monthly of $468 before tax and $513 with tax. (Los Angeles City)

I would have thought the discount would be better than 10%. I think the SLT have better discounts but maybe worse residuals? Can anyone confirm?

Thanks

Mike

Don’t seen like good deals, especially with $3500 drive off. Just because you are using a trade in and GM bucks doesn’t mean it’s $0 drive off.

$1250 gm bonus expires at the end of oct. I dont think full side pickup ever have great lease deals. If I take the $3500 away, it’s right about at the 1%. (Although 1% is probably not considered great deals these days)
Also with many cars/ trucks wipe out in Houston, cars sales will remain strong so manuf may pull back on incentives.

I was looking at the Denali lease deal that was on the cover page here back in March. $415 with zero down. It was on a truck with a $52k msrp, 10k miles/yr and still required drive off and taxes. This deals was slightly better but was also right around the 1%.
