2017 GMC Acadia Denali lease offer

Here is our story. We thought we had decided on the 2016 QX60 for our next lease because we enjoyed our 2014 Pathfinder very much but wanted leather and remote start and QX60 had some decent deals. But I could not get the dealers in my area to budge much over a 12% discount. On a whim we looked at the redesigned Acadia Denali and my wife really liked it. Here is the offer we are considering…

MSRP - 46,240
Sale Price - 41,220
Cap Cost - 42,295 (includes dealer installed tint/etch at 480 and acq fee of 595)
Title/Reg - 770 (incredibly high in AZ)
Doc Fee - 425 (also ridiculous)
Tire Fee - 5
10k miles a year
Residual - 66%
Purpose option - 30,518
Money Factor - 0.00058 (1.39% APR)
Monthly with true zero down (everything rolled in including first month payment) - 416
Monthly with true zero down including tax - 450
Monthly with fees and first payment down (about 1600) - 399 including tax
Will get a 700 Costco cash card after deal finalized (executive member)
Leasehackr calculator score of 10.4 years

I am quite surprised GMC is willing to discount a brand new and redesigned vehicle so much. But this does include me using Costco Auto and being eligible for $1000 competitive lease rebate. We were going to pull the trigger but now seeing a couple crazy good QX60 deals (369 a month for premium and premium plus?!) in So Cal has me wondering. The Acadia does have quite a few safety and tech features the Infiniti does not but the QX60 does just FEEL more luxurious for some reason. What does the forum think… good deal on the Denali? Wanted to let people know what is available out there too if they are in the market for an Acadia. Sorry for the long post!

Thanks for the info. Very good information. I think you can negotiate those fees down.

I would wait untill end of the month and negotiate more with dealers in the region. Are you sure about $1000 competitive lease cash ? I think it is $1500 based on the equinox thread.

You got base Denali with no package. I would add tech package as well because it worth it.

Looks pretty good – nice discount off MSRP and a high residual value. New Acadia is a nice vehicle, and while it doesn’t have the same luxury feel as the Infiniti, it’s a more modern car with more tech.

Are GMC numbers nationwide? What would be the residual and MF for this vehicle in FL? What about 12k and 15k?Thanks!

GM numbers are nationwide. Subtract 1% for 12k miles and 3% for 15k miles
