2017 Genesis G90 lease deal

I’m hoping end of month/quarter gets me closer to .75. we shall see.

So on a demo a Korean car should be .5% of the sicker? So a $50K sticker should get you a $250 payment? Sign me up!

I mean, my payment was $193 and it’s a $42,500 MSRP vehicle. So at best, yeah.

What car was that?? I need one. I thought $350 for my 45K Genesis was good.

Same vehicle. The 2016 Genesis. I started that thread back in May 2016. It’s the most viewed thread on LH so not hard to find.

Don’t know that I want a 3rd Genesis. I love the car and hate it at the same time.

I really like mine a lot. If I found another deal on one, I’d probably do it again. But of course it just depends on what kinds of deals pop up over the next couple of years.

I’d force myself to like it for under $200/mo, no doubt

I actually prefer the aesthetics and interior over the 5-series, and not just for the price. I kind of just stumbled across it randomly and ended up preferring it over vehicles with MSRP over $20k higher.

I doubt you will get that kind of deal. 1% seems realistic, but it is a mistake extrapolating what happened with a Hyundai onto a different brand.

I have been following the G80 closely, and the discounts are no where near what the Hyundai Brand had. The inventory levels are low, at least in So Cal. so I don’t think there is really a need for a fire sale.

The Hyundai Genesis had to liquidate a ton of inventory to make way for the relaunch under the new brand, so I don’t think we will see a repeat of the all time great deal the the Genesis had before.

Not at the same level, no. The Genesis deal I got from last year was once in a lifetime. But I don’t think it’s unrealistic to see them drop a larger discount again as the brand is so new. Perhaps not the $12k discount from last year, but at least $6-8k.

While $200/mo may not be doable again, I could see something in the low $300s coming around. On a $45k MSRP that’s about .75%. And on a demo, potentially even lower.

I got $355 with zero down on a non demo.

Granted this is comparing apples and oranges, but if we got an e300 for .75% I think the cheap Genesis is coming.

Honcker(Florida) has a price of 425 with 2k drive off for the 3.8L G80

I would do a e300 for .5% I don’t like the new ones. They look very cheap. I like the previous gen. I drove the c300 and it was slow and small. I couldn’t imagine that same motor in a larger car. I was not impressed.

@fredrigo not bad. Gives me hope that we’ll get low 300s soon enough. I’ve got one dealer down to $419. Others hovering between high 400s to low $500s.

The cheapest one but I need it in January/February of 2018

Hyundai dealer told me today that their Genesis rep told them to expect big July incentives on 2017 G80. I assume legit since she basically told me to hold off buying from her until next month. Not something dealers often suggest. Stay tuned…

About time! Sounds like things are about to get good. It was this time a year ago when we were getting insane deals so it’s only a matter of time…

Anybody been able to get some July numbers on 2017s?
