The discount and the rebates look strong. Assuming the $595 acq fee and est doc fee of $500 are rolled in and assuming a 7% sales tax rate - I’d estimate the payment to be right at $310. You may want to run it through a calculator to check the amounts. They may be adding more fees or bumping the interest rate.
Yes, Acq fee and Doc fee are included in the monthly payment. Our sales tax in our county of Northeast Ohio is 6.5%. I will request a better breakdown of the numbers. Thank you for the response!
