Hello everyone, I was wondering how much can be negotiated off the msrp for a 2017 explorer sport or platinum for a purchase not a lease.
Thank you all

I’m currently in a Ford and tried to get a new one. The dealer i tried was not offering much on top of whatever incentives existed from the factory at the time. They don’t lease well to begin with.
I just priced them and have z plan. Wasn’t a good deal. No big rebates on them right now
I have been looking at these too, but you are hard pushed to get them much below invoice. I got them to $500 below but that was it. Fords suck so bad at leases it hurts. When you look at what else is out there for the money I don’t know why anyone would ever get one.
Imperial Ford in mendon Massachusetts is advertising above discounts on cars.com
I can almost guarantee that those prices include every possible discount that is offered by ford, which no one person on the planet could ever qualify for.
I pulled the trigger this week on an 17 explorer sport
52.3K MSRP
36 mo 12K miles
1500 at signing for 1st payment and fees
499/month
Couldn’t squeeze anymore out of it.
Any opinions?
You met the 1% rule so I guess it cannot be that bad. Granted I have not looked at/considered Ford for a long time, but a $52k Ford Explorer seems insane to me.
