Look, just a suggestion: you have all the numbers (or get them here/Edmunds), plug them in the calculator and see what the sale price should be to meet your goal. Then ask wonderful local folks whether that price is reasonable or not and what is currently reasonable. Then plug that reasonable price back into calculator to see how far off you are. And just keep doing this exercise for any make/model you consider. This way you don’t have all that aggravation of looking at crazy numbers from dealers and trying to figure out how they got them.
