2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat need help!

I have a quote from a dealer that seems a little high to me.
I am willing to put $1000 down
I was quoted 60% residual and .00017 MF per dodge

Any suggestions on what I can say back to the sales manager?

Needs more off the car.

Are there any rebates right now on the car? How much of that discount is rebate?

Auto Bytel says $1k bonus cash which is probably baked into that offer. Either way, the discount isn’t good, that’s the glaring problem.

Take my charger hellcat! $600 with 24/12k.

Stupid Chrysler capital doesn’t allow transfers.

The sell price on the car and to some extent all the “fees” that they are tacking on.

Where are you located? I found a Hellcat that would be a good starting point.

I am in laurel MD. Dealers are not nice around here

Oh ok was thinking Cali. Doh!

Other thing that sucks is MD is full sales tax on a lease.

Yea my numbers are never what I see on here haha

It’s about persistence and putting in the effort. Email is the key. Do a search within a certain radius and literally email every dealer that has a car you like. Email them and then start to pull numbers. Low balling is good because it gives room for a dealer to give you and offer. Keep taking the biggest discount and send it back to other dealers who are playing ball and say I need you to beat this. Also check dealers in PA and maybe VA. Plenty of 2017s are out there and the winter is here. These dealers don’t want to hold these cars through the winter.

If you’re not opposed to traveling, Kernersville Dodge in NC has tons of inventory and likes to deal…at least on the 3/4 and 1 ton dodge Rams.

check countrywide, these hellcats are rare compared to most vehicles and you will often have to go a good distance to find the best deal possible, I’d rather spend $500 on shipping to save an extra few thousand on a car with a spec I want

Omg, I just got slightly lower numbers for Challenger TA, 6.4 pretty packed for sale price at 40k, Still shocked how bad this dealership was…
