Duh! yes, i did miss a 4! thanks for pointing! I corrected the numbers above.
Jon, Sai, others, Any thoughts the above deal?
Btw my target is to get it @ $420 pm.
Try to get below 400 on this deal. Also, though the CX9 is a good choice, have you cross shopped with the Kia Sorento or considered the Acura MDX or Infiniti QX60? You will get pretty much the same or better utility and luxury/ convenience features with those for around the same ballpark. I would also recommend giving @Benedetto a quick call to figure out if he can do much better than this
Thank you Sai! Much appreciated! It seems tough to break into below 400 or even cherry over 400+ like 10s 20s! Lol! Now lowest I have, is 425 on a demo (1.5k on it) and 435 on a new! I am sticking to 420 for new one for now!
Sorento seems good but not a fan of Kia nothing else! Havenāt taken a look yet in MDX and Acura but will do it today. Can it be in 400 range?
Btw how to call @Benedetto?
Dumb question but new here!
I donāt think you can get anywhere close to $400 for an MDX. I havenāt seen anyone report any deal close to that. Regarding the QX60, you can get it for lower 400s, but itāll be a base model. The CX9 is probably the best value for a 3 row SUV. The deal you have is better than Honcker, so itās a pretty good deal.
Yes, agree! I am sticking to lower 400 range and with Cx-9. Though i looked Landrover 3rd row but seems its a diff ball game! I havenāt initiated any convo yet but planning to give a shot. If I can get that under 450 or so probably worth to consider?. Any thoughts on that from you or anyone who has exp with Landrover?
Well whatever appeals to your heart and mind. Here is something to consider:
Here is another example- 2017 Infiniti Qx60 AWD- 12k/39months -$398: Lease Check Please
And itās not a base model
Hi Jon, apologies for coming back late.
Update: Finally deal is sealed! I leased Mazda-CX-9 GT on 8/30
Finally price update: 12K year for 3 years, $434 with 0 down with a twist lol.
** All this while I was negotiating FWD but he only had AWD, so he offered me same price but asked if I could do about $300 down instead of 0 down. I accepted w/o any hesitation.
Would be happy to share dealer details if you/others are still in hunt for CX-9 GT!
Please do! Congrats on new car
If you can give us the break down that would be great . I had an offer in ny for a gt with first month and DMV up front everything else rolled in for about 440. Didnāt try to negotiate more because it wasnāt the color I wanted .
After shopping around worked a decent deal on 2017 cx9 awd grand touring. Took some work around here in the Chicago area not many stores were willing to deal hard on them.
36 / 10k
MSRP- 43410
Sale price- $40136 1000 under invoice
Rebate- 2030 lease cash- taxed
Res- 56% worst part of the deal
MF- .00029
Term- 36 / 10k
Taxes- 7%
Acq. fee- $595
Monthy- $455 with taxes

So not the best bell ringer of a deal, but think for this car this pretty much the best you can do right now with the current res. rate. Itās a great car that I needed to get for the wife so deal is done.
Sorry for replying late.

I think 434 with 0 down is the best deal around. However, if someone is still interested to know break down, I can do that.
**I am not counting first month 434 down payment as itās part of your 36 months payment).
Def like to know the break down
