After many emails with many dealers ended up negotiating this deal for a friend $186+tax with $600 drive off . I think I did good. Thoughts?

Nice job on a Honda Civic. The payment includes the fees so that’s good but not sure if the MF makes you pay interest on the fees
Lease was signed last night. How much better could it have been?
When first started emailing everyone quotes were coming in $214+tax, then $200, $197 and then Norm Reeves in Cerritos said $189 but when I texted them that we were on our way they said car had just sold. It was a good thing Buena Park said they would beat the $189 and ended up with $186+tax.
