Just for reference, in Virginia the best offer I got on a Premier was $3300 off MSRP before incentives. Much like New York, there’s not a ton of interest in moving Volts here.

Ca federal rebate? The federal rebate goes to the purchaser/owner of the vehicle and the CA CARB rebate goes to purchaser/leasee if kept for at least 30 months.
