Folks, I need some feedback before I take this deal.

2017 Traverse LS base. I qualify for the non GM lease incentive but not the farm rebate, total rebates are $6250, the vehicle has a red tag as well which reduces MSRP by 16%.

For 10k miles a year for 24 months including 9% sales tax

Has anyone seen something more competitive in the NJ/PA vicinity? Also do the rebates typically stack with the red tag for GM?

Wow, this is a nice deal if $0 down on a Traverse.

The 16% off tag does not stack with a lease. It may add $500-$1,500 more off.
You should be able to negotiate at least a 10% discount, so the tag really doesn’t matter that much.
