I’ve never leased before and this kind of fell in my lap…not sure if it’s good or not. 2017 Suburban, $60,500 MSRP, after employee pricing right around $55,000. 39mos with first payment due at signing quoted $725/month. Waiting for the MF but residual was about 51%.

Thoughts?

The rule around here is 1% and you aren’t even close.

However I don’t ever see good leases for suburbans/Tahoe’s/Yukon etc
