If .00038 is the base, then you can’t put 10 MSDs because then the MF would be negative. Rent charge is the interest. With an MF of .00003, that will change to be less than $3 total. With the MF so low, I’d roll everything (fees/taxes) into the monthly.
MBFS allows 7500 mile leases, so changing it to that will save you 2% RV. Doc fee and acq fee (marked up) can be negotiated, but not sure the likelihood of the dealer lowering those.
Changing the miles and applying the 5 MSDs will save you over $50/month.
That’s correct. 00038 MF is based on 10 MSDs. They can provide traditional $500off the sale price if I am a Premier Frequent Flyer with United Airlines…unfortunately I am mot a premier member so won’t apply–any other suggestions to get a discount? if I roll all the fees/taxes into the monthly, what will be a good reasonable monthly payment I should aim for?
Another dealer has offered the $299/month deal: please see attached.
As per you all lease experts, what will be the best deal I should pursue further?
some additional details on lease offer #1 r:
Acquisition Fee: $1095 - This is a fee MBFS (Meredes-Benz Financial Services) charges to start a lease. Your Gap insurance ins included in this fee.
Disposition Fee:$595 - This is a fee MBFS assesses on your account if you turn your vehicle in and do not purchase or lease another Mercedes-Benz through MBFS.
Purchase Option Fee:$150 - This is a fee MBFS assesses if you decide to purchase your leased vehicle at the end of the term.
Doc Fee: $545 - This is our dealer documentation fee. We charge it on all deals.
Upfront Fees:$12 - $10 for a new title, $2 for 30-day “drive off” tags.
What is Rent/Lease Charge? It is $920 noted under term totals. The Rent/Lease charge is what the money factor adds up to.
That’s still a decent deal. You said you only need 7500 miles a year though? It’ll save you ~$26/month if you change to that. Also, you’re enrolled in autopay? If not, that will reduce MF by .0001.
Thank you very much Jon! Yes will only need 7500 miles a year or max $10K to be on safe sid which will result into Lower payment. will check to ensure I am enrolled for autopay.
What about 2nd lease offer I received on a new 2017 C300 P2 car (p
2nd offer looks better. If I’m reading it correctly, it’s the same MSRP, but monthly is $299 and due at signing is lower at $1394 (excluding $4k in MSDs).
Yes - 2nd deal has a same MSRP - $48,185 and it is brand new! I have not received all the lease details except the one I uploaded here…
Do you experts think that $299/month including everything (all the fees/taxes) is possible?

Thanks and I don’t know that if it includes any fleet discount or not - will find out on Monday and keep you posted. Hoping it does not and qualify for fleet discounts to make this deal much better…
Wow C300(with MSRP of 48k) around $300 per month… I’ll see what local dealers can do. BMW 320i is running about $310 a month… crazy, rather go with C300…
I have been a BMW guy for 25 years but I’m not impressed with the more recent build quality and clearly they do not seem hungry for business these days when they have eliminated all of the discounts except dealer incentives. Also have been unable to find a 320i loaded with the options I want and the 330s are pricing way above C300s.
Sad to break up with BMW but it’s like leaving the hot snobby girl for the classy one with a better personality LOL
Thanks Jon! Good to know. What incentives might apply to this car? I don’t have United Premier level but do work for a large corporation which qualifies for a fleet discount…
