Also, ignore the line about $2000 in rebates.
That is just to show how the pricing was achieved

Is the dealer in CA? Doc fee can’t be more than $80 in CA.

First of all, the $6,550 rebates are purchase rebates. I see $2,550 lease cash.

Secondly, I thought CA taxed the payment, so the $3,100 tax needs to go away.

Thanks for finally helping me figure it out. I was trying to use the purchase price and getting a huge discrepancy with the LH calculator.

So I guess this isn’t that great a lease, but it meets the 1% rule ($373/month for a $45K MSRP). Whether a $45K price is justified for a Chinese vehicle is another question. The buy price is attractive but long term reliability is unknown.

Got this additional info from the dealer.
Lease price based on $2000 down for 1st month dmv doc fees junk etc. may be some cap cost reduction??

The residual for 36 month is 53% $24853.40 and the money factor is .00113
Residual for 48 months 48% $22,588.65 with a .00174 money factor.

This is an autonation dealer outside of CA. Claims doc fee is $549 and he can’t change it.
Also I suspect the money factor is marked up, Edmunds shows it as 0.00052 and 55% for 36/10K
