Residuals are set and can not be negotiated. So if I wanted a BMW X5 (which I did), I don’t really have a choice when it comes to residuals. I did try to negotiate a good discount off the MSRP though
If you will consider the other listings, maybe you can find the best deal that is lesser than you post here. You may check out here,

In my opinion, the listings have many options, but you must find the best car that you think is cool for you. Good luck to you!
These are two different vehicles you are posting in comparison to Mischa, they differ about 10k in sticker and obviously it’s going to be cheaper, not exactly a better deal. Residuals and money factor remains the same you dictate the price by the build of the car. It’s like saying Poland Spring is a better deal than Evian because it’s cheaper, sure but Evian is not the same water and it’s more expensive.
Solid deal OP, if you want an X5 its hard to do much better. The deals the other guy listed didn’t include tax, were 10k a year, and were cheaper cars as pointed out. Nice work.
You keep posting deals from your “dealer” but none of those are LeaseHackr-worthy deals. They might be decent for the average joe, but any true LHr can easily negotiable a much better deal. All your postings include a very high CCR.
Understood, but my point was with a 57% residual, even if it was .0000000000001 money factor, you would have a larger monthly, mainly due to the 57% without getting BMW down on the price (which you did a pretty good job, its just so hard to get them down, I know, I have been trying to get an M250i for a couple weeks now)
X5 don’t lease well so you kinda have to bite the bullet if you really want one. There are many $60k cars that can be had for a little over half of your payment but then again that’s not an X5 and if you really want one, you have to pay it.
Ross, I did ask for help. None was received. However, different forum topics helped so I ended up with a deal that other dealers around here won’t touch. So I thought I’ve done OK, just wanted a confirmation. By the way - if you are able to point me into the direction with a better deal for an X5, please do - I have not picked up the car yet.
