2017 BMW X4 M40i and 2017 Audi SQ5 lease deals

Hello - first time here.

Looking for what the current deals are out there for BMW X4 M40i and Audi SQ5. First time leasing a car as well. I visited a BMW location in the SF Bay Area and was quoted 34mos./10k miles; 64% residual; 0.00175 MF; MSRP of $65k; and the cost would be $62k.

Any way to lower the payments? I am not sure how long the MF or the discount to MSRP (%) can be…

Audi quoted 0.0024 MF and 60% residual and not much in price discount.

Thanks!

There quite a few X4M’s that are exec demos that have lots of potential. Been offered a $69k car for about $560 a month with MSD’s

Wow those are great. Wasn’t offered any demos - funny enough they didn’t have any on the lot to even test drive…

You have to hunt on the websites, they are often under Used rather than certified.

ah… great. thanks for the info!

@Ed_Churchward Ed if you don’t mind my asking what are your thoughts on that $69k X4 M40i lease deal without MSDs? Just a ballbark number on what a monthly payment should look like without it

Pretty high I would think. Somewhere in the high 600s or 700s

bump, would like to know about these 2 cars too !

Paul miller BMW has a pretty good deal on a demo one. $67,000 MSRP. $2995 down & $479 a month. 10k miles a year for 36 months. http://imgur.com/a/LKi6I

Demos do much better with the x4m

Ed I forgot to thank you for my earlier response I know this was a pretty stale thread so appreciate it! Thanks to you as well Sub for pointing out the dealer! I am wondering if any of you think this is a good deal for an exec demo 2017 X4 M40i

I am looking to do just sign and drive so what number is a good deal if I just want to put down first month’s payment? Also, no MSDs since I am saving for a wedding this year :X

Not what you want to hear, but I would not sign a lease if I didn’t have the liquidity to put down max MSDs.

It isn’t just $569/month + TTL. You are taking on an obligation of $7,000+ per year or $22,000 over the next three years. Congrats on the wedding, but if you are faced with a choice of paying for that or doing MSD, I am not sure you should be getting into such an expensive lease.

Appreciate it Max, with our two incomes though it won’t be a problem. I regularly give up leases anyway and it’s a pain for the new buyer to reimburse me my MSD so I stopped doing them. I’m not burning all of my liquidity on this wedding either, but I have to put my foot down somewhere!

What is the MSRP on the car? That would help us.

@max_g He is getting married, all sense of rational thinking has already gone out of the window. Your words are wasted on him

haha it’s 59,888 with it’s mileage but 67250 brand new

Well you residual is 61% after taking the millage into account.

The numbers do not add up for me, my payments come in higher than yours. (your Reg is surely marked up?)

K that makes more sense. Swapping out of leases is probably easier without MSD but the lower payment makes your lease that much more attractive to would-be lessees.

The sales CA probably gave me the wrong selling price, it’s sure to be 54,998. In any case it sounds like a good deal. Appreciate you gentlemen!

How can MSRP change based on mileage? Looks like misunderstanding there? I guess it’s $67,250?

Yes, but I understood where he was coming from. Still could not make his numbers work based on the info.
