People try to be cheap and advertise here instead of paying LT or SwapaLease and then complain if someone points out that it might not be a great deal w/o incentives.
Agreed, we’re leasing a $77,000 X5 (albeit with max MSDs) for $10 bucks more a month. Sorry to pile on by the way. 
This is just a guy trying to get rid of his crap lease and hoping to find a sucker on this forum, getting mad when people call him out on his BS.
Good luck, I negotiated a 2017 X3 similarly equipped at $380 monthly for my friend back in February.

Socal dealership, MSRP was 46,295. Have to remember back then, we had MSDs and a lot of other incentives.
