2017 BMW i3 REX lease advice

I’m looking at leasing a 2017 BMW i3 Rex. This is what they gave me, and I don’t know if it’s a good deal or not.

The monthly payment is OK, but the down payment is a lot more than I wanted to pay. This is in GA, and the monthly payment listed below in includes GA tax. Any advice all you experts can give me? Thanks in advance.

MSRP: 55,695.00
Discount: 6,925.00
Sale Price: 48,770.00

Monthly Payment: $ 358 - 368
Term: 24 mos.

Milage Program: 10,000

Security Deposit: 400.00
Advanced Payments: 358.84
Upfront Charges: 1,458.75
Total Cap Reduction: 9,496.41
Due on Delivery: $ 4,214.00

What incentives were applied? What’s the MF? Did the dealer mention why there’s a security deposit? Is there a breakdown of the fees?

They don’t list a MF value on the quote he gave me. Other than what I provided, there’s no other breakdown besides this:

Customer Cash: 4,214.00
Total Rebates: 7,500.00
Total Cash and Rebates: 11,714.00

You’re going to need more information. The numbers you provided don’t equal a $358/Month payment. Also, it looks like there should be $2,000 in bonus cash available.

The dealer is up to something or there’s some other situation going on that hasn’t been explained.

I will ask him for more info tomorrow, and also ask about the bonus cash.

The $358 is with tax.
Base Monthly Payment $335.36
Tax: $23.48
Monthly Payment: $358 - 368

But this is all the info he gave me.

Something does not add up.
Find out the residual value + money factor.
Your’ payments should be under $300

Only $7500 rebate is being applied.
$4214 you need to pay.

There should be other rebates available.
Do not put $4000 out of pocket for this vehicle.

Maybe he is thinking the monthly is so low compared to the recent past in GA, that he can ask for some more upfront. Last month under the old taxing scheme, tax would have been ~$120/mth instead of the more reasonable $23.48.
