You’re missing RV/MF, MSRP, Selling price, discounts, Tax, State, even the car packages/features — look at another post to see what should be in a model post.

No lease support on 2017.
Look for a 2018 model
Not sure what you mean by “no lease support on 2017”.
I don’t think that’s the case unless something changed since the regular monthly program change 4/2. The 2017 i3 and i8 still had support.
That being said the mf is marked up the max. Search for i3 deals there are tons of comps here.
It means the manufacturer is no longer supporting the lease program. When this happens the car becomes financial irresponsible to lease. Ie you can get a much better deal on a 2018 instead of a 2017.
I am pretty sure 2017 i3 and i8 have lease support until the end of the month. Every other 2017 BMW does not.
If they are marking the MF up, you need a larger discount. Also, verify that the residual is correct. Also, investigate 24 months to see if it’s cheaper. Read the other relatively recent i3 threads to get some idea on pricing.
In California, you want to go 30mo minimum as that’s what you need to claim the CVRP rebate and get $2500 back from the State. Also, OP should check what local Cali utility rebates may exist as well.
I think this is a CPO lease, so the CVRP rebate may have already been claimed by initial buyer.
