I would be more realistic with your payment. 10k off is still In the low 600s without tax and Fl dealers are greedy with high doc fees

My current payment for a 69,900 535i is 589 tax in; 4000 and Msds(4500) out of pocket. I got tht deal with a zero credit. Thts how i approximately came up with these numbers.

Lower residual no MSD and higher MF are in play here now.

.00150 or 3.6% and 36/10k is 62%.

The deal was in 2014 :slight_smile: i leased a 2015 535i and i have last 3 payments left which bmw takes care.

Greg Poland from Pacific told me Loyalty is gone, so the dealer is just giving you that.

for a 540i at 70k i think thats a steal considering how those have been leasing so far
