2017 BMW 430i coupe Lease help! (is this a good deal?)

The car I am looking at is 2017 BMW 430i coupe with these options:
-Alpine White
-Coral Red Dakota Leather
-Driving Assistance Package
-Premium Package
-Technology Package
-M Sport Package
-Heated Front Seats
-Apple CarPlay
-Black Kidney Grilles
-Stainless Steel Pedals

MSRP 53155

BWM rebate: $2500
College Graduate Program rebate: $1000

I do not know anything about how to calculate the monthly price using MF, residual, or other stuff. So I am working with an auto broker who gave me this deal:

$0 down, 12k miles/36 months
$545+tax = $587
Free window tints

In you guys’ experience, is this a good deal for a BMW 430i coupe with these options?

Thank you!

No, but probably the best deal you will get if you don’t want to put in the work/research.

What is the sale price?

Need the Mf and residual. You can do must better. Under 500 is very attainable

I actually tried getting under 500 and I wasn’t lucky in So Cal.

I’m still waiting for a deal in the 400s so I can bite.

Good luck OP

I think it was around 49000

yeah I’ve been trying to get it under 500, but its really hard. I live in Orange County. I might have to just accept mid 500

I don’t think you should accept mid 550 for a turbo charge 4 cylinder unless you love the looks that much.

My 2 cents.

With that money u can get many nice things. Up to you

Yeah I mean, 6 cylinder would be much nicer, but I really like the look and I am upgrading from a Honda Accord coupe so… It’s my first time leasing a car so I was just wondering if I am not getting ripped off by the dealers for the car with those options.

But, I agree with you. I was expecting high 400 or low 500 for this car but I guess I added too many options, and the price got a little higher.

Even BMWs lease poorly. Typically, you buy a 2,4,6 and lease a 3,5,7.

yeah it seems like it. do you know why its like that?

That sounds like kind of a good deal to me with $0 down but what do I know! 4
