2017 BMW 330i xDrive $293/mth

What state was this done in?

Speaking of the new S60, I have actually seen the car already, and it will be absolutely amazing. Going to be a segment leader for sure.

This deal was done in NY

Where did you see it? I want to see pictures!
Should be small S90 with more aggressive styling, I was told by my dealer.

Amazing! The spy shots of it and of the interior look like exactly what I am looking for. Any idea when it is coming out?

I still think it is a good deal for February. I closed mine end of year. MSRP $51235. $333 with $333 down. 36/10k. Could have been a lot better on a 24 month lease since the residual was 4/5% higher. Enjoy!

Volvo severely underproduces many of its cars, I dunno if the XC90s or S90s are going to get any better. Dealers FIGHT over S90 t6s when they get to port. Don’t expect to many nice ones. I have a list of about 200 S90 t6 Inscriptions at the port. Only 5 of them have the optional nice wheels. 200 may seem like a lot but this isn’t the momentum. Don’t get me started on the XC60

No idea, but I have seen the spy shots, and it is very different in a much better way. Believe it’s going to be unveiled soon. It was an awesome experience.

The published spy photos of the 2019 V60 make it look like a more compact V90. One would expect the S60 to look similar in the front 3/4 of the vehicle.

It’s because they made them longer since Chinese love longer limo type cars. So they need to fill Chinese market with them, which is huge.

Did you pay taxes fees upfront?

I know that this is a bad deal but can someone please explain why the monthly lease payments are way greater than what I calculate by hand or by the leasehackr calculator?

|MSRP| $49,345.00 |
|Dealer Discount| $6,845.00 |
|Sales Price| $42,500.00 |
|Rebates| $3,000.00 |

|MF|0.00152|
|APR %|3.648|
|Residual %|60%|
|RV| $29,607.00 |
|Miles|12k|
|Months|36|

|Cap. Cost| $39,500.00 |
|Monthly Depreciation| $274.81 |
|Rent charge| $105.04 |
|Total Monthly| $379.85|

I get 500 month in the LH calc (using 9% as tax rate). Your depreciation calc needs to include the acq fee and other doc/reg fees, so your cap cost is more than 39.5k.

That explains my calculations. I’m off by $20 now but its probably because I’m not “financing” the taxes. Thank you!

Edit: I forgot to tax the rebates. Got it now

I struck gold when I found the loaner deals happening.

Is there a way to check when loaner deals are happening?

They’ve been leasing loaners for a while. You just have to find one with a good discount, accompanied with 3,000 lease cash and deduction for mileage over 500. Anything over 5k has a 4% residual hit along with mileage penalty, and I believe BMW doesn’t allow for lease cash at that point either. Stick with something under 5k to find a deal. There aren’t many '17s left though…you might have to look for an 18 at this point, and discounts might be less due to them being newer model year.
