This is like the ultimate unicorn deal, no negotiation and no one even knows the numbers.
Yeah just very lucky
I thought I was good after my $70 Cruze LTZ lease a few years ago, but for a BMW fantastic deal!
Its like Whose Line is it Anyway where the points don’t matter and everything is made up! Somebody wins, but we have no clue how or why.
Then they will ask him to sign new contract, it won’t get funded, i guess. Or like you said, MSRP is $56k, not $58k
Valid point . Residual would need to be correct. Polish moment
Yeah we will see. I’m confident it will still be a great price if they change anything.
Just think if BMWs MSD program was still here the payment would have been $75/mo!!!
Holy Cow!! this is an amazing deal, congrats OP !!
That is better then some C.E.L deals I have see lol, I ran the #s and they don’t add up to me but whatever.
If grandma had balls she would’ve been a grandpa
What would’ve happened if he had 750 loyalty as well? I would assume the sales price would’ve needed to be raised to at least get 0 in depreciation with just rent as payment?
I think they dinged it by 4% because it was probably over 5,000 miles at execution.
Then RV would be $35,300 at best, or lower.
Great Deal! Finance manager must have been away.
Do they happen to have another one alike? I live super close to where you are. Thanks!
What about the F&I packages? I think that got baked into the contract as well.
RV cannot be changed, only adjusted for mileage. In this case anything up to 4,999 miles would make RV $37,6xx or more, and anything higher than 5,001 miles would make it $35,3xx or less. There is no way to hit $36k RV on this MSRP., even if dealer played with mileage.
Fair points but I was thinking (though not typing it) that the packages had to offset the incentives. Maybe Bmw has changed something recently that allows for some of the monies to be added to the msrp — kinda inverse to what Audi does by adding a percent to the RV for Audi care. Hope that makes sense. Bmw has been doing things very differently recently and thus I wonder…
Yeah, no idea. I think only port installed options can change MSRP, not dealer installed or packages.
