What dealership is that quote from? I’m in Chicago area and looking too. Audi doesn’t lease very well with poor residuals and “1%” deal a pipe dream, but that quote seems very high nonetheless less. I would think something between 500-600 is doable. I think they do refundable MSD’s too so you can bring down money factor but you need a clear answer on what they are using for MF and whether it is marked up from the base. They probably can give a little more off on selling price too. If you aren’t dead set on an Audi, there are very good deals to be had on BMW 3 series, new and demo models.
If you must have Audi, then I’d think no more than $500 (good deal) to $550 (ok deal) with $0 (or first month only) drive off. Truecar shows $3,275 off MSRP, so you can shoot for at least $3,600-$4,000. No idea if it’s doable though. Maybe it’s just bad time for leasing 2017 A4. Paying anything over $500 for an A4 is just @vhooloo “criminal”, IMO.
