2017 Acura MDX SH-AWD W/Advance Lease

Hi Hackers - I’m trying to negotiate a deal on a 2017 Acura MDX SH-AWD With Advance Package.
When I plug in the Selling price, MF and Residual in to the lease calculator, i get this:

MSRP: $54,590 (with some accessories added)
Selling Price: $48,590 after $6k discount
Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 10,000
MF: .00028
Residual: 54%
Security Deposit: $0
Total Due At Signing: First Payment
Monthly Payment (incl. tax): $587
Drive off: $1069
Zip Code: 27502
Sales Tax Rate: 3%
Lease Hacker Score: 8

The dealer is offering $670 down, $670/m. That’s around $2,520 more in 3 years. Is this a good deal? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have them provide the following and it will answer your question. They’re probably using an inflated MF and adding in other crap fees. It’s frustrating as hell when all a dealer wants to do is quote you a payment and money down…it allows them to hide all sorts of stuff.

MSRP of the car: (Window Sticker Price)
Selling price of the car - MSRP less discount (Before incentives)
Gross cap cost of the car (this is the selling price + all fees taxes etc)
Incentives
Money Factor (MF) -
Residual (in %)
Term -
Mileage allotment
