2017 Acura MDX Lease advice

Hackers -

Can you please let me know if this is a good deal on a Base 2017 Acura MDX FWD.
Driveoff: $3,700
Monthly lease payment before tax: $349
MSRP: $44,890
Sale Price $40,500
Lease duration:36 months
15k miles/year - My daily use is around 40-50 miles
I saw that the dealer had listed residual at $25,600 in his worksheet. I think realistically it is $more around 28,000.
Tax: 9.25%
The lease factor was 0.07777. It had some 7s in it. I forget how many zeros were after the decimal point

Would appreciate a quick reply.

Thanks.

You can’t negotiate the residual for starters. I think you need to read up before you sign any deal because your drive offs should be that high

What would be a reasonable driveoff. it includes first month payment.

In yours, there is most likely a downpayment, and this is a big no no. Because taxes, registration fees, etc. vary from state to state, a reasonable driveoff varies from state to state, car to car. You need to find out what is in the driveoffs before anyone can even analyze it.

Even if there is a down payment and something at signing you can still analyze. It seems like a good deal to me since is about 452 (almost 1%) for 15k miles.

Drive off includes $595 lease acquisition fee, downpayment (2250), dmv fees (400), doc fees (80) and first month payment (380).

I live in california. Taxes are around 9.25%.

does this include tax?

349 does not include tax.

339 or 349? That could make a difference

Sorry 349. Downpayment is about 2250.
