2017 Acura ILX Base Lease

Does this sound like a good deal?

On Acura’s site, I saw a conquest special for $219 per month for 39 months with $2,499 down. $28,930 selling price. But with an over $3,000 discount quoted from the dealer, I would have expected the payments to be closer to, or even lower than $219?

2017 ILX
MSRP: $ 28,930
SELLING PRICE: $25,784
$2,000 Down
39 Months
Total Payment: $284.80 plus tax= $304.74

Residual Value: $ 15,332.90 or 53%.

you can do better price-wise.
after incentives( for a lease) on a base 17 ilx you should have a selling price of about $25k.
residual of 53% should be a 39/12. where are you located as that can effect the incentives/programs.

Do you know what those incentives are? I’m in Nashville, TN. The salesman informed me that the selling price is $200 over the dealer cost, if that is important. Residual on the ILX seems pretty low when compared to the new Civic.

im in the north east. here we have a total of $2750 in lease cash on the 17 ILX.
MF .00077
RESID. 39/15-51% +2 FOR 12K. +3 FOR 10K OR +4 FOR 7500.

THERE IS ALSO $750 FOR LOYALTY OR CONQUEST!!( THAT CAN STACK)
