2017.5 Nissan Rogue SV AWD with Family Package

I am looking for a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV AWD with Family Package but it is hard to find one. I am not a big fan of Nissan but the 2017 Rogue looks very stylish. the main reason I am opting for Rogue is because of its third row seating. I believe this will be perfect for my family. I have a 120lb lab which pretty much occupies the back seat when we go out. With this third row option the dog can have the back seat while I can use the car as a normal 5 seater SUV. I contacted Nissan and they could not locate any all the way up to 200 miles from NYC (my zip is 11209). I just got a call from my local dealer that they have located one for me and are asking me to come to their showroom to discuss pricing.

I have read all the Nissan Rogue Threads here which are few months old. Incentives changes every month so I want to know what are current incentives for Nissan. I do not have a Toyota lease but a Chevy Cruze Lease which expires in Feb 2018. Since Nissan has discontinued the family package I was wondering if I get one now I should ask them to pull ahead my current lease and get me into a new Rogue.

People here have said that I should target 10% below MSRP without any incentives. Is this realistic in NYC market especially for a car with family package which is so hard to find? I checked Honcker which is giving me one which has an MSRP of $28,505 and the monthly will be $284 including everything. Truecar found some dealers who are discounting almost 6k off the MSRP to bring it from $28490 to $22998. So what are the monthly payments I am looking at for a 36months 12k lease? I am going to the dealer today evening so want to be prepared with my numbers. i will post the numbers from the dealer once I get them.

Any guidance or input is appreciated. Also what is the RV and MF for a Rogue?

Nobody tends to respond to paragraphs of text. Better to itemize all the deal details in bullet point style if you want more response.s

It’s always great to get a good price. However, if the dealer knows they have the only one with family package and that you want it they could jack up the price and at that point you are at the mercy of the dealer.

Take 4% off MSRP then subtract $2000 and that is your target price pre rebate. Should lease for about $230 a month with tax.
