Selling Price: $39150 (10% discount)
Cap Reduction: $3000 (BMW holiday cash), though no corp fleet available for demos
MF: 0.00152
RV: 57%
$445/mo (includes taxes, paying one-time fees up front)
I realize this lands just above the 1% rule but I also haven’t gone in for the final negotiation. I think this is a fair (not awesome) deal but open to thoughts on that. Also, any suggestions on a realistic, not unicorn, target to hit?
