2500 down 359 lease??
Please advise…
Is the $2,500 down just cap cost reduction or does it pay for the other fees? If it is purely for downpayment, then $2,500 / 36 = $70/mo so you are really at $428/mo.
It’s Cap cost with addl 2500 on taxes but when I checked for 0 down they said it’s 500 per month .
If its $500/mo with $0 vs $359/mo with $2,500 down – the choice is easy. Still not a great deal.
If you haven’t done your lease yet, everything on BMW preowned changes tomorrow so you may have to wait another week or so before things settle down. What you need to watch for is that the RV 0.61 is going down so to get this deal, you will need a lot more discount from MSRP
Im surprised you are even able to lease a 16, they are dollar based residual now and all the ones at my dealer lease awful!
Really the residual for a 2016 340 on BMW’s website is 58% through March 31st (I am assuming the OP means loaner/demo), why are you using dollar based residuals? Also the OP’s deal will be dinged 4% on residual due to the new loaner/demo rules if the car has over 5k miles.
On a 3 series yes, but since February 1 X3s have went to dollar based residual. Your better off leasing a 17 honestly.
Agreed with the others… for a used car, this is not a good deal. X3 is an older vehicle well past its shelf life, so deals should be getting made. If you’re not in a hurry, shop nationwide and find a more motivated dealer.
Yes sorry, x3 i’m a dumbass.
