Hello!
I’m looking for advice on this deal. I have already decided to lease this vehicle because it met my needs and of course the deal was “expiring” 8/1/16. I would like to know where I could do better for next time! The advertised deal was $995 down, $199 per month on a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 which got me in the door. This truck as advertised has an MSRP of $44,720. The truck I ended up leasing has a spray in bed liner bringing the MSRP to 45,220 (if i remember). I ended up paying $2,400 out of pocket including first months payment and will pay $200/month for 24 months, 10k miler/year. My MF came to 2.2%, again if I remember correctly. Please let me know if there is anything else I would need to provide. Thanks all and I’m looking forward to learning from this experience.
That is a really nice deal! The drive-off is a bit steep due to the tax and the down payment, but that would only put it in the low 300s if it was all rolled in. Still great for a $45k truck!
The only thing I’d have to say about next time is compare the cost of 24 months and 36 months. 36 months will usually come out cheaper unless their are heavier incentives and a comparatively high residual on the 24 month.
Can someone clarify what rebates are being applied here? It shows $8500 in “Rebates and Noncash Credits”
Also, where are you located and what dealer did you get this at?
Excellent deal Clark, I don’t think you could do much better than that. My truck is very similar, but I pay 305/mo and drive off was only 1100. I very happy but I think you did better than me! Congrats.
$200/mo on a 4x4 Ram sounds like a great deal.
I’m confused by box 6 though, is this normal verbage on a lease agreement? (lumping in the dealer discounting as “money you paid by the end of the lease” ?)
The rebate, not the dealer discount, is included in that total. Just like its included in the amount due at signing. Seems to be standard from what I’ve seen.
What are the qualifications for this rebate? Which state?
Check Edmunds.com. They have a ton of different incentives listed in my area, including $6750 in regional IDL bonus cash.
Which dealership? State? City?
I just leased a 2016 Big Horn, hemi step rails and alpine audio package. $500 at time of delivery and monthly payment of $398. 3 years 15k per year miles.
I hope i did ok…
Did turn in a 2015 outdoorsman six months early and dealership paid the remaining payments $1,880.
Yes that is a good deal. What were MSRP and selling price?
Msrp was $47,470.
Gross Capitalized Cost $43,405.
Capitalized cost reduction $3,377.34
Adjusted capitalized cost $40,028.57
Residual value $26,863.20 (purchase price at end of 3 yr)
Yes pretty good deal all along. Is this USBank or Chrysler Capital?
Through Chrysler Capital
Just a quick question Is this a V6 or an 8 ?
Also what state and dealer ?
