2016 Porsche Cayenne Lease 12K X 36M numbers

Hi all,

First time leaser, your input will help.

I got following quote from dealer without any negotiation.

MSRP - 69,750
Discount - 5,795.81
Selling price - 63,954.19

Gross cap cost - 63,959.19
Residual - .61
MF - .00188
Term 36X12

Monthly payment - 795.00
Initial payment - 2069.15 (includes 1st payment+fees)

This doens’t sound great deal, but what would be great deal for this car? Has anyone recently leased Porsche Cayenne? Your input will be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Options in car - Trailer hitch, power steering plus, Wheel centered caps with colored porsche crest, Heated steering wheel, Panaromic roof, Seat heating(Front), LCA, Bose system, Power seats with memory package, Infotainment package with hd radio, 19" turbo wheels.

Does it include prepaid maintenance? If so, then it is not a bad deal, maybe you can push for some more $$$ off MSRP.

That deal actually looks pretty straight forward if the payment includes tax… Porsche’s MF is normally .00200, so maybe theyre running a special for the Cayenne. Residual is good.

Wait until someone says “Bad deal. It does not meet 1% rule!”

1% rules dont apply with Porsche

That’s exactly my point - it does not apply to every vehicle, but some folks seem to apply it to every lease.

Lol. I have been telling most people about 1%. If it includes prepaid maintenance then it is close to 1%

Which dealer is offering that MF?

not horrible
i got cayenne in may
75K
800/mo
2000 at start, that i didn’t put down, as i negotiated 2K from the buyout of my lease trade in.
if you can wait till the last day of the month, they’ll probably throw more cash at the lease. they magically have more cash at the end of the month

mine was 10K miles/year. so i do agree with you, that for this car, that is a pretty good lease.

I think the verdict is unanimous. Even though it does not meet the 1% test, it is a good deal for the Cayenne but if he can push for 3k extra discount, then it will be a great deal. I don’t think people are lining out the door for these SUVs are they?

Thanks for input folks.

This doesn’t include prepaid maintenance. I am trying to negotiate it more, lets see. I am also looking for some other car options, but i will update this thread if i can get more discount.

Porsche of Conshohocken , PA

hdesai1983. please keep this post updated as I would be very interested in a Porsche lease and Conshohocken is actually my closest dealership.

is anyone interested in mine? i can get details of the car. is grey exterior and two tone interior with black and luxor beige. I have the premium package, and various options getting it to 75K.

I would like 2000 down and for me its 800/month including tax. i have had it for 3.5 months, of a 36 month lease. current mileage is 3300 miles

i acquired it 2 weeks prior to tesla lowering their lease price, and will gladly go get a tesla if i can
have someone take over my lease.
