What’s the going MF rate in GA?
Looking to do 12K/36 months or 15K/36 months. I got a great deal off MSRP ($7K).
36/12K: 60% residual, .00100 MF
All: $500 lease cash
Targeted: $1,000 grad/military
The incentives for purchases are higher than for leases ($2,000 vs. $500), so you might see the negotiated selling price go up on the lease. Most likely the quoted discount of $7K off MSRP includes the $2,000 cash incentive.
How about the MF for SoCal area?
Lexus programs do not vary by region. So still .00100 MF.

What is the cost of and max of their MSDs? I assume this vehicle is better off being leased. I’m only worried on putting more than expected miles on it.
53,500 on 2016 F Sport Fully loaded AWD. Is this a good deal?

$600? Lol are you sure? I assume you mean 60k. MSRP is 60,309 so 53,500 is 11℅ off. I’m just wondering if anyone think I can do better.

We went to Lexus 2 months ago. They straight up told us come back in the first week of November because that is the best time to lease from them.
Lexus of Oakland. It was a 2015 though before the redesign. Final price was around 45k if I’m correct. I’ll ask for lease details.
