On Lexus.com it says there is a offer of $2,000 for lexus cash. Is that for financing only?

I working on a few leads for a 2016 NX 200t. The steepest discount I’ve gotten just off emailing dealers was $4,450 off MSRP not including incentives. I think there should be a lot more room since dealers already have the 2017s on the lot, but we’ll see.
There is $500 lease incentive, and I believe $1,000 grad incentive.
