Use the lease calculator to find the lease price of your vehicle. In general try to get the break-up and put it in the calculator.
A good lease payment depends on a good sales price (cap cost) and a base MF with no markup.
To get a sense of a good sales price, look at Trucar, Edmunds forums and Lexus forums to get a ballpark sense of where these cars are selling (delete inventives for purchase and add incentives for lease).
Remember that regional differences will come into play. I offered the lowest purchase price I found online (on Forums) to Honda dealers recently and no one wanted to come close. Whoever got a deal in CA got a great deal on the west coast but no dice here.
Here’s the lease program for 2016 ES 350 (national):
36/10K: 58% residual, .00110 MF
All: $2,700 lease cash
Targeted: $1,000 grad/military
You can plug in these numbers, along with the selling price, into Leasehackr Calculator: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR
Great info! Thank you.
Is there a website to pull that data for other leases as well? I have spend some time searching and no luck.
I got a 2016 ES350 on lease in April 2016.
Payment is $400 per month for a 10k per year 36 months lease
My car has navigation option.
I would agree that 400 and under would be a good target for this car.
