Do you know the selling price and MF that is used in this deal?
Selling price is 28,000, but I don’t know the MF on it.
I am sure they marked MF up in this deal. Find what is the base MF in edmunds forum and use calculator here too see how much they add profit to your monthly payment.
Probably Lexus of Carlsbad, their notorious for marking up their minimum $1000 on the rate
Do you qualify for the graduate rebate?
here is a 2016 CT200h. MSRP $33084

sounds expensive, not too long ago they had a $2500 rebate on it, then Lexus made the first payment and after MSDs it was under $250 incl tax and that was on a 24 mo lease. Would have been less on a 36. I understand rebate might not be avail but maybe wait until dec. I wouldn’t pay that much for it.
I’m looking for a CT200h as well. Any clue what price-point I should shoot for, and do you think its possible to get the payment under $200 with no money down?
The dealer by me is advertising a CPO 2012 for $199 and a 2014 for $219 with 1.5k down plus taxes and fees.
I’m inclined to assume leasing new would get me a better deal because I’m eligible to use the grad rebate. Also I would prefer 24month opposed to 36month which is the only term lexus offers on CPO leases.
2016 CT 200h
24/10K: 60% residual, .00010 MF
36/10K: 54% residual, .00010 MF
All: $3,000 lease cash (untaxed)
Targeted: $1,000 Grad/Military
Use Leasehackr Calculator to estimate a payment based on assumptions like selling price. If you can get $2,000 off MSRP before incentives on a base model, it may be possible to get a new one for about the same as the used 2014 above.
Thanks for the quick response. When using the calculator, should the $1,000 Grad/Military be input to ‘Down Payment’ or ‘Taxed Incentives’? Also, I looked on lexus.com and it says lease cash is $3,400 on their advertised offer of $299 with $1,599 down for a 2016. Thanks again
@michael do you know if there’s lexus loyalty cash avail?
