187 /month lease (inclusive of taxes )
is it a good deal ?

add on:(optional)
wear and tear insurance for 3 yrs- $565
maintenance for 3 yrs - $900
( maintenance recommended for every 6 months or 7500 miles )

please suggest if this a good deal and are the add-ons really recommended / necessary.

Looks like a real good deal.
I, personally, wouldn’t get the add ons.
Maybe wear and tear if it covers tires.

wear and tear covers tires but that will only protect us from being charged at the end of the lease if tires are not in good shape at end of 36 months .

Maintenance of the car : they told us that the first one is only oil change that they will give us for free but the second , third and so on . total 6 services will be expensive around $1500 total for al the services in 3 yrs .they offered us maintenance package for $900 . so we were not sure that taking maintaince package is a good deal or not

It is a lease. Look at only recommended maintenance from the manufacturer no way it will cost 1500 in 3 years. Now if you do what the dealer recommends than yes it will cost that. My dealer wanted 199 for the 5000 mile service on my Grand Cherokee lease. I told him only oil change and rotate tires (or not) at local mechanic. Wear and tear you can get. I got it for my Jeep.
