What’s your question?

I apologize, I am new to this. I was looking for the Money Factor and Residual.

I’m sorry, I see now that you put it in the RV/MF category. If it helps, I was working with a dealer in FL this month, and the MF was 0.00081 and the residual was 57% for a 36/10 lease. This was for the G80.

Hyundai pulled lease support on 2016 Genesis. As for the other car…

2017 Genesis G80 3.8
36/12K: 56% RV, .00079 MF
All: $2,250 lease cash
Targeted: $1,000 Competitive Owner/Loyalty, $500 BoostUp, $500 Military, $400 Grad

Valid through 1/3/17.

Thank you for that! As for the 2016 Hyundai Genesis; are you saying that will not lease them or there is just no incentives from Hyundai?

Provided they do lease; any suggestions on how to effectively get a good lease?

Thank You,

Brian

I’m surprised you can find a 2016. I would try to apply all of the following:

  1. A healthy discount from MSRP. Try to get 10-12% below MSRP before any incentives. If they won’t bite, at least get down to invoice.
  2. $1000 competitive lease. Show a registration with your name on it for any vehicle other than Kia.
  3. $500 BoostUp. You have to chip in your own $500 and it takes a month to mature. Might not be enough time in this case.
  4. $1000 Uber. You just need to show you are a registered Uber driver. This can be done pretty quickly (couple days). Some dealers will say it doesn’t work for a lease. That’s not true. Make them look into it.
  5. $2500 Dealer coupons. These come as $500 coupons the dealers can use to close deals. They are limited, but try to get them to use the max of 5.
