For anyone else looking for a Civic, I ended up taking advantage of the Costco auto program and leased a civic touring at invoice pricing around $25k at 1.99% apr, 59% residual for $319/mo 36mo/12k. Only incentives I applied was $500 college grad and paid first month plus title tax and plates etc. approx $1k.
