I’m still getting quotes on different vehicles. I started asking about some “new” 2016 Cadillac ATS-V models. I’m being told by a dealer that they can’t lease a 2016 vehicle. They are only available for purchase. Since I have lease quotes for BMW, Lexus, Infiniti, and Jaguar for 2016 models, is this a lie or is there something special about Cadillac?

Depends on make & model. You can still lease a 2016 Jaguar XJ but not a 2016 Jaguar F TYPE (at least through Jaguar’s financial service). Most manufacturers are cutting their lease programs for '16 models. Each company makes their own lease program; so they all can end at different times. Around this time is when most manufacturers cut the lease program for 2016 models. ATS-V is one of them.
