Hi Guys getting this deal and need to check should I go ahead or not

MSRP: 44545
Selling price: 40545
36 months / 10k miles
RV: (64%) 28508
MF: 0.00136
Lease inclusive of all taxes (NJ) : 434
Cash due: 3327 (1st month payment +acquisition fees + taxes paid upfornt+doc fees + dmv)

This is without MSD I will talk to dealer about MSD but wanted to check is this a good deal.

I used calculator and with 7 MSD ( which I believe is Max) deal is coming to nearly 399 (inclusive of taxes)

X3 399 is a good deal with no down. have seen as high mid 400s, which is criminal.

Not a good selling price, you are getting 3k off msrp plus 1k option allowance. Shoot for more than 8% off msrp plus 1k option
