2016 BMW 535i good deal?

2016 BMW 535i
MSRP: 61950
Net cap cost: 45950
12k/36 RV: 55%
Effective MF: 0.00071

Monthly after CA tax: 419
Drive off: 5150 (MSD, DMV, 1st month, fees, tax)

Is this a good deal? Almost 15k off before incentives.

Because the 2017 is fairly hard to get a good deal on (although you ordered one a few days ago…?) I think this is a good deal. The dealership gets a 5000 dollar credit from the manufacturer for the 2016 5 series, and I’m guessing that is already included in this price, but maybe there is room to lower the cap cost more? Although finding 2016 5 series that are optioned the way you like may be hard… Either way, I think it is a decent deal, 400 a month for a 60,000 dollar car and 12k miles a year.

Yeah I just ordered the 540i which made my father want a 535i.

Seems like a good deal to me!

Good deal! I leased one last month for 463/month with MO taxes. MSRP was same on my car too.

Can you break down the drive off?

Like how much $ total was MSD, etc.

Would help me thank you

1st month: 418.65
DMV: 495
Doc fee: 80
Acquisition fee: 925
Tax on doc & acquisition: 82.91
MSD: 3150
Total: 5151.57

Thank you!!

Do you know what discount off msrp I should aim for? Excluding incentives and rebates of course ($5000+$1000 conquest I’m assuming?)

It looks like OP got close to 26% off msrp with all incentives. Aim for whatever you can negotiate.

Jealous of OP.

Best I get is 21% discount.

:joy:

Do you mind sharing the dealer you worked with and if they have any more?

What is a normal discount. And when I say normal I mean how much are these dealers getting the car for below msrp?

My dealer has told me that 11% for the 2017’s is them getting no profit so to speak… so they were willing to go 10% off 3 series 2017.
