2016 BMW 328i Xdrive

The deal below was scratched dealer and I could not see eye-to-eye…

This is my current deal and I think it’s OK it includes a fleet discount.
However, they said that the cash rebate was already included in the initial price discount. I still have one incentive that I haven’t told them about yet.

2016 - 0 miles.
MSRP: 47,195
Selling: 37,995.00 (Includes fleet discount and they said also the monthly cash rebate )
MF. 0012

Old Deal

I’ve been lurking around trying to absorb as much lease hacking info as possible!
However - I am still a lease noob. I need some advice to crush this deal.

It’s an executive demo with 1000+ miles.
Year 2016
36/12k
MSRP: $57485
Invoice price:$52770
Incentives*: $4000
Selling Price: $49857
MF rate: .00180 (-.002)
Residual amt: 57%

Options:

Premium Package
Navigation System
Driver Assistance Plus
Driver Assistance Package
Cold Weather Package
Lighting Package

*I have a fleet discount that I can use ($1500 + .002mf reduction)
Also there seems to be a $1,500 Cash back for this month
And I`m right at the tail end of a grad incentive as well (Looks to be $1,000)
Totaling = $4000 in incentives.

My question is this is the initial offer and I can’t seem to find similar setups within the tri-state area.

How achievable is a $44,400? That would point me a at a target payment (W/o applying MSD yet)

That deal is absolute crap! The discount is terrible, you should be able to get that off a 2017. The MF is marked up beyond the max as far as i can tell, unless you don’t qualify for tier 1. I would not even continue with the dealer, find a new one.

Also do you really think a 328i is a 57k msrp car!? That is 5 series and x5 territory. You can almost get a porsche for that price!!!

Some updates.

Apparently, it’s an executive demo with about 1000 or so miles.
I checked on some other forums and saw that this months base MF for BMW is .0014!

@vhooloo The car apparently has a bunch of equipment alongside a moderate package offering. It also has Harman Kardon, sports package, black kidney grill, and upgraded wheels.

$32-35K Forester Touring also has Harman Kardon

:joy:

I’ll reply to them with that

I threw an offer of $43700… Apparently, there are two sets of wheels - and I have the option of selling one set… I`m asking why can’t they just do that? I don’t need the extra shoes!

I`m also working on another deal with less additional ‘equipment’ but the same amount of packaging!

While you can probably get a base cayman for 57k it will not lease for $400 a month with $0 ccr.

All 2016’s have the sport package (but not the m sport suspension). I think HK and black grills together are a grand. The extra set of wheel I would fight them on, its ridiculous for them to make you sell them and say it’s a good thing for you.

I call bs on the 57 k msrp.

I searched cars.com and within 300 miles of me the most expensive bmw 328 is at 53k msrp

Ask them to email you a copy of the vehicle sticker with price and options. You will see no way it is 57k

Why would they lie about MSRP since RV is calculated of off it? But $57K is ridiculous for 328 anyway.

Im going to pass on that deal. They keep mentioning it’s because of the additional equipment…

I’m working this one now and waiting for another similar one to come thru:

MSRP: 52,495
Invoice price: 49,113
Selling Price: 46,613
MF rate: .00140
Residual %: 57
Months: 36
Acquisition Fee: 925

They put down the base MF. But I feel that gives me a lot of room to play with the selling price. It’s 11% off for a 2016 I feel there is a lot more room. This has never been a loaner.

Options included: premium, m sports, cold weather, driver assistance, and cold weather.

Not all of it will be residualized if the others are “dealer” installed option like the 2 set of wheels. They are probably adding 4k for the wheels.

The S60 I leased did the same thing. They installed the “spare tire option” which costs 1.5k lol. So essentially 1.5 for a tire and wheel

That’s exactly what this place was doing.

Yep, didn’t think about that.

I was able to build a 67k BMW 330i by selecting every single option under the sun. But not all would be residualized lol. Ipad holder for $200? Apple car play compatibility is 300  BMW really is a money sucking vampire

Updated with the new deal I am working on right now.
