2016 Audi A3 vs S3 lease 24mo/7500mi

So I’m an Audi S5 owner. Wanted to get into a cheap lease for two years for either an S3 or A3.

What are the MF and Residuals for the two?

Anyone get any good numbers? I know the A3 has lots of incentives.

http://www.audicoralsprings.com/specials/new.htm is advertising an A3 $199/36 with $1k down but I’m sure we can do better than that. Thanks everyone.

Audis generally don’t lease very well; I’d say $199/mo with $999 down is actually an anomaly.

Here are the numbers for A3 1.8T Premium:

58% residual, 10,000 mi/yr (+1% for 7,500 mi/yr, -1% for 12,000 mi/yr)
.00068 MF
$500 Lease Cash
$750 Audi Loyalty Cash OR $500 Competitive Owner Cash (BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Acura, or Infiniti)

From doing some reverse math, the ad assumes an MSRP of $32,050 and a selling price of $26,750, before the $750 Loyalty Cash. Bear in mind that the actual drive-off amount will be greater than the $999 down payment, as you’ll have to add first month’s payment, acquisition fee, doc fee (FL dealers are famous for high doc fees), taxes, and license/registration.

A discount of nearly 17% is superb for an A3. Looks like a great deal if you can get it!
