Found a 2003 LS430 with 130k miles. Looks like in good condition for $5500, is that a good deal?

Sounds pretty good. My fathers 2004 LS430 is going on about 305k miles right now.
What options does it have? Noted problem areas are air suspension, otherwise it’s mostly just an issue of maintenance and wear and tear.
One downside is it’s the pre-refresh model.
Lastly it may be the most reliable and cheapest to repair large luxury sedan but it’s still a formerly $70k+ car so some parts will be expensive, so repair bills though infrequent will be higher than that of a Camry.
