hi i have run-flat tire on my x3 and one of the them is losing around 8psi per week

since it is a bmw best place to replace / buy new one?

The fact that it’s a bmw really makes no difference. Go to Costco, discount tire, America’s tire or any reputable tire shop. 20” run flats are pretty common these days, though trying to find an in-stock exact replacement on a weekend may be tough.
Some stores will patch a run-flat, some won’t. Depends on how much wear you have left on your tire (you may have to replace one, both on the same axle, or even all four).

Look at it closely and see if it’s a nail in the tread or the sidewall.
The former can most likely be repaired for very cheap by a mom & pop shop or independent franchises like Mavis. Google tire shops near you and see reviews for repairs.
Big corporations are the least likely to repair anything. They’ll want to replace it and expect it to cost you $400+
