Hi All,
Received a flyer in the mail today offering $2,000 off any BMW, in addition to/on top of any other discounts or lease/purchase programs. It’s good through 4/30, and comes with a redemption code.
Anyone else receive something like this? I wasn’t really in the market for a BMW, but I may give something a run now.

No loyalty. Never leased or owned a BMW before. The only context was “come take a test drive” and the 2k offer. We’ve got an Acura MDX, so it’s possible that it’s some type of competitive/conquest deal, but I dunno.
Wow I am actually in the market for a lease on a loaner that would be nice to get.
Does it specifically say the 2,000 can be used toward a lease in the fine print? I have a suspicion this is a spin on Corp fleet. 2,000 toward purchase and 500 toward lease.
I’m willing to bet it’s exactly like Jaguar’s corporate loyalty program. So yes, it will be applicable on top of whatever you’ve negotiated. However, like Jag, it’s going to be something that nobody at the dealership understands and they’ll probably do whatever they can to ensure you aren’t able to use it with other incentives.
When I used one on my Jag lease, they refused to combine it with the dealer lease cash because they believed they were mutually exclusive (which they aren’t, since the lease cash is a dealer incentive and the loyalty certificate is a corporate incentive). I called Jag Corporate to confirm the fine print (which said it was a discount applied on top of the final negotiated price of any 2017 F-Type). However, the dealership claimed to have also called Jag Corporate who told them it wasn’t stackable (which I later found out was a lie, per my incompetent salesman who could not confirm he heard that from the lips of their corporate contact).
So in short, it absolutely should be stackable with any other incentives or discounts. It’s just a matter of how stupid the sales team is at the dealership you’re shopping.
You should call the number on the flyer, or BMW corp, and ask about it and see what they tell you.

Thanks for the replies. Fine print does indeed state that it’s 2k off the lease or purchase of a new 2018 BMW model, excluding i3/i8 and the M2, and that it’s in addition to any other incentives I’m already qualified for. I’m going to call BMW and verify, but I have entered the market to lease a BMW lol. I guess we’ll see if I can make something happen here.

Says it can be used anywhere. Looks X3 specific, but on the back it just says that it excludes i vehicles and the M2.
I received this same flyer in March when I was leasing a vehicle. The dealer told me that their BMW rep told them that this is NOT stackable to loyalty. I’d be interested in hearing if your dealership would say the same.
Yeah, same here. I emailed a local dealer here about a couple of cars I’m interested in, and I didn’t tell them i have this. Assuming I can work to get a deal done, my goal would be to bring this in at the end for an additional discount. I’ll clear that with BMW Corp prior.
As far as loyalty, I won’t qualify for that, but I am curious to see if I get the runaround on it being combined with anything else. This must be some type of targeted conquest offer. Regardless I’ll take advantage if I can.
