$199 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E 4X4- Possible?

Hi all, I’m very new to this process to bear with me! I saw on Jeep’s website along with a few dealers’ sites an advertised $199 monthly for 24 months for the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E 4X4 with $3179 due at signing not including taxes and fees.

I know that there is a huge chip shortage and inventory issues, and this deal is looking a bit too good to be true. Is this “advertised” deal attainable (having top-tier credit), or should I go in with lower expectations? Thanks all for the help.

How many thousands of dollars are being left out here?

Have not gotten a quote yet but I’d imainge ~$300 dealer, ~$700 to crysler capital and another 500 for other fees ~$1000 in taxes, so likely another $2500

That would be $435 / month…not exactly too appealing but it’s up to you if it’s worth that much.

Can you link or screenshot the said deal? What are the mileage requirements? What incentives are included in the deal? What incentives do you qualify for?

Hopefully that uploaded. Says “for well qualified returning Jeep Grand Cherokee Leesees”, which I am. Seems like milage is 10k

Advertisements are useless.

Most cars do not lease well. This is truer now than it has ever been.

So unless you are willing to push this boulder uphill, you need to look at other makes/models that lease better and offer more value per dollar.

Check out the “Share a Deal” and “Marketplace” sections of LH forums to see what’s leasing well and narrow down your search.

“Tax, title, license extra”

The second line states: " … after all applicable offers…"

Thanks all. Seems like the deal is both unattainable and not very appealing after the taxes & fees. That’s what I expected, just wanted to make sure I was not missing someting. Appreciate the help

All Jeep.com deals are basically useless, I never know how they come up with the payments on there and dealers have no obligation to honor them at all.

Pretend you never saw it.

I had someone send me a nationwide offer looking to match the payment. I could do it with $5,000 due at sign. The ad required ~$8,500 at signing.

That should tell you everything you need to know about nationwide offers.

You can usually break it down to this… advertised deals are never what they seem to be and the deal they actually are is pretty much never worthwhile.

Sorry, brand new to the forum. Looking into it now. Wasn’t trying to break any rules. I was just introduced to the forum last night.

So $199 + 3179 + TTL (Approx 2000) so $199 + 5179 = $415OTD

See how it looks really bad now.
