Going into this lease I read a lot of posts on here to know where I wanted to be. I had to go to 4 dealers to get this number. Planning to move forward tomorrow, and wanted a second opinion in case I am getting a bad deal. Thanks in advance!

One dealer I went to wanted 590 with 5k down on a 2k miles demo, another was 479 with 6k down for a 4K loaner- even though it was a better equipped vehicle with a lower selling price of 42,300. Nobody will budge from these numbers.
Hoping to keep the payment down. It’s a company car, boss wanted to put 5k down. She was going to do 6500 to reduce payment to 400 but the dealer said it wasn’t the best idea. Trying to get the best deal for her because I don’t want to spend other people’s money recklessly.
MF is base (which you’d know pretty quickly if you read as much as you claimed ) and discount is solid for an X3 in the upper Midwest. Might be able to squeeze more but not a lot. I would pull the trigger.

The discount is great for X3 in this region. #1 seller here and they are not having any trouble selling new ones at 5-6% off here all day every day. Can’t keep them in stock.
