18,500 on Cadillac CTS one payment lease - is it a good price?

Is a lot of money for one payment, but anyway if let’s say a tier 1 leaser get the same car he’ll pay the same amount, just during 3 years …
So the only different that I’ll pay in one payment the 36 months

Maybe you’re getting denied because, with your credit score and income, they feel you can’t afford the one-pay lease? I’m not sure why you’re only seeking one-pay.

I don’t think so.
Because the Cadillac CTS is much more expensive than the Dodge charger. And I got approved for one-pay lease for the Cadillac CTS (18,500), where as the dodge, which is something like ~15/16,000 in one payment, I got denied.

So it’s maybe just that dodge are more strict. I don’t know. I really wanted the dodge - like the car much better, and I’d pay much less. But only Cadillac approved me for one-pay lease …

Just got rid of my CTS in NYC. Had a 2016 and I will say it was a great car for me, didn’t want to lease another because they are killing out the model so went Audi. Was paying 485 a month, with taxes out of pocket. Two months ago they offered me 399 month with taxes up front (their first offer) but you should be able to do better as it gets closer to the CT4.

You’re not paying attention to what is being asked. Why are you ONLY seeking out one-pay leases?

Because I only got approved to one pay lease. Dodge denied me (or put me in tier 3 - last year)
Caddilac put me in tier 3. The only way to get tier 1 price is if I pay everything upfront in one payment. That’s the reason

Last month, I was quoted under $18k for an Acura TLX V-6 AWD A-SPEC (basically top of the line Acura TLX) on a 3-year, 15k mile one-pay lease. The incentives are better now. IMO, that’s a better car than a CTS.
